Q:  Where do I find your listings for distressed properties in my area?

A:  You can find that at http://www.4closurealert.com

To register with 4closurealert.com you first need a registration key. Please use this one dm4ra3bg. Once you enter that key, the system will allow you to sign up for the service.

Login info
How can I get my login info? I was not able to write it down when they told it to me over the phone at incredible speed. I didn't even get the website. Can anyone please help shed some light? I hope this isn't some bogus scam.

pre-foreclosures/late payments
Hi,

I just purchased Dean's book and am waiting to receive it. But I already have set up my plan of attack since I am new at investing. I want to find forclosures and pre-foreclosures, and eventually assign the deals to investors so I can make finders fees to build a nest egg so I can one day use this money so I become the investor!

My question......I see there is a lot of info out there on how to find foreclosures but what sources can I use to obtain info on PRE-foreclosures (homeowners that are late with their mortgage payments)? I would like this info so that I can contact the people currently still living in the home so an arrangemnt can be made to buy the home at the lower appraised value (using investor's money) and allowing the homeowner to remain in the home as "renters with an option to buy at a future pre-determined date" (I beleive this is another strategy that is used.

If someone can lead me in the right direction as to where I can find homeowners that are late on their mtge payments, I would appreciate it. Wondering if this is public record and can be found at the county clerks office (which sounds painful) or if there are other ways.

Thanks,

Neil
