Q:  I purchased Dean's latest book a few months ago. What I would like to know is: is it possible to get into this real estate market with bad or no credit?

I wants to buy a house to live in as do not have the money
Hi Dean,

I have listened to you on the show and explained that one can buy a house with no downpayment and no money and you'll show the person on how to do it. This is the reason that i bought your book.

Secondly, Am a Realtor and people approach for foreclosure properties at a bargain price. As i listened to you on the show around 2:am in the morning. I think you help me find these foreclosure properties and become a banks agent in saling their foreclosure properties.

I hope buying your book will help me break-through and start to make a leaving. Am leaving with my sister and she has asked me to move out and feel your book will help me to find and buy a house soon and pay off all my debts as well .
